Recombinant　Human　Growth　Hormone　for　Injection(rhGH)
HYGETROPIN® is produced by gene recombination DNA technology. It contains high-purity human growth hormone (hGH) consisting of 191 amino acids. The amino acid series of the HYGETROPIN® is equivalent to the human growth hormone (hGH) secreted by human hypophysis and its biological titer has been determined by cell proliferation tests.
HYGETROPIN® is an aseptic and freeze-dried powder. It can be used in subcutaneous injection after being diluted with water. After dilution, this substance is close to liquid state.
rHGH is also termed recombined human growth hormone which is secreted by hypothalamus. It is the most important human protein consisting of 191 amino acids chiefly controls human growth and development, immunization and metabolism. It directly influences the growth and development of body cells and different human organs such as skeletons, cartilages, muscles, skins, blood vessels, nerves, liver and kidneys. rHGH is accepted by the US FDA as the only substance at present which can reverse senility, promote growth and increase height.
